So you’ve got a great startup idea, huh? Congrats, that’s a huge hurdle to overcome. But here’s the thing, you’re just at the beginning of the journey.

The number one question I’m asked by first-time startup founders is “where do I start?” The thing is, “where do I start?” isn’t just one question; it’s an overwhelming mass of unanswered questions.

There are three sides to any startup: the idea, the execution, and the distribution. And if you’re a non-technical founder, digital execution can be an especially daunting prospect.

How much it costs to launch a startup is as fuzzy a question as “where do I start?”. Startups can make you millions, bleed you dry, or leave you dangling somewhere in between.

Here’s a hard truth: not everyone is cut out to found a startup. To truly make it, you need something different. And in my estimation, that something different is what I call a founder’s mindset.
